- Custom Filters – Users can filter responses based on specific courses and universities. Our existing filters help you streamline response by 'course', 'university', and 'best relevance'. The latter is a feature that combs through Studydrive's homebase to generate a response that's most relevant to the user.
- Friendly & Engaging Interaction – The chatbot is designed to communicate in a supportive, easy-to-understand manner.
- Fallback Handling – If no relevant document is found, it provides general study guidance.

Can I use the chatbot to create study notes?
Absolutely! The chatbot is designed to allow users access to an easier, more comprehensive learning journey.
You can use it to summarize a specific topic, generate key insights, and for note-creation based on your individual study needs.
What information sources are used by the chatbot to generate a response?
The chatbot is built on an internal Knowledge Base. This internal repository is derived from the documents on Studydrive.
The Knowledge Base will continue to be updated and expanded as the document repository grows. Furthermore, users can filter responses by course and university.
Additionally, and this is super cool - the chatbot will show you the documents it's used to generate a response! Users can directly navigate to the attached 'Sources' within a response.
Can I use the chatbot to prepare for an exam?
Certainly. It offers exam support in the form of scheduling, organization, and resource finding. Whether it's previous exam papers you're looking or a course-specific timetable for exam week - our AI chatbot has your exam needs covered.
Does the chatbot exclusively use documents in Studydrive?
Yes. We work off of an internal Knowledge Base that primarily consists of documentation available on Studydrive.
However, the chatbot will provide general study guidance if no exact document match is found. This happens because of the its generic knowledge repository.
Will my search queries be saved?
Yes, your search queries remain saved on our AI chatbot for upto 30 days.
You can access previously asked questions, go back and forth between old chats, and use your past prompts to dive deeper into specific subjects.
Can I use the chatbot on my smartphone?
You can! The chatbot is available for both app and web subscribers.
