Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer - Graduate
We are currently seeking graduates who are interested in pursuing a professional career within recruitment. Cornwallis Elt is an award-winning professional services recruitment company focused on technology, change and operational roles within the Financial Services, Digital and Media sectors.
New recruits undergo a training programme covering the Financial Markets, I.T and Recruitment Methodologies. This is structured to begin with but will quickly move into “on the job” training and shadowing members of the team. Candidates must be bright, intelligent and able to pick up new concepts quickly. They will gain exposure to every stage of the recruitment lifecycle and have the real opportunity to progress into a Sales Consultant or Management role.
The role is initially candidate focused and involves running multiple projects from inception to completion, working closely with both Senior Consultants internally and with external clients. This will require strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of projects. Day to day responsibilities include:
