Ich denke hier wurde zufällig der Upper und lower bound genommen, sehe es so wie Riesenrad

how are these numbers determined?
You start with the value difference that is most negative (vacation days) and allocate as much weight to it as possible (upper bound=0.15). Then you do the same with the next most negative value difference (work hours). For the last two values you have to pay attention to the lower bound of location (0.35). Even though the value difference for salary is more negative than the value difference for location, you have to allocate the weight =0.3 to salary, because otherwise, it would not be possible to stay within upper and lower bound for location.
